Dr. Don Tatalovich
Meet the Doctor
Dr. Don Tatalovich is proud to carry forward the trusted legacy of Cornerstone Dental Center. Originally from rural Wisconsin, he holds degrees in biology and public health and served in the U.S. Navy as a rescue swimmer before earning his DDS from Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. His diverse background shapes his well-rounded, whole-health approach to dental care—one that emphasizes prevention, patient education, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
Dr. Tatalovich has a special interest in surgical and prosthetic procedures, including dental implants, same-day crowns, and comprehensive restorative dentistry. With a deep belief in transparency and patient autonomy, he focuses on helping patients make informed decisions about their oral health. Whether he’s restoring a smile or guiding a family through long-term dental care, Dr. Tatalovich is committed to maintaining a compassionate experience while achieving outstanding outcomes for each person.

With more than four decades of experience serving the Hayden and Coeur d’Alene communities, Dr. Hann built Cornerstone Dental Center on relationships, trust, and the belief that patients should always feel like family. Known for his calm demeanor and commitment to service, he has participated in both local and international outreach efforts and remains a valued part of the practice today.
Now practicing part-time, Dr. Hann continues to support patients who have known him for years. His presence in the office helps maintain the friendly, familiar atmosphere that long-time patients love—while also welcoming a new generation of care under Dr. Tatalovich’s leadership.

In-House Same-Day Crowns
Using CEREC and digital design software, we can craft and place crowns in a single visit—no temporary, no second appointment. It’s faster, easier, and more precise.
3D Printing & Digital Design
We use in-house 3D printing and scanning technology to deliver accurate, comfortable restorations with fewer appointments and greater customization.
Bird Feeders at Every Operatory
Instead of a TV screen, you’ll find a tranquil view of nature just outside your window. Our operatories feature bird feeders that attract local wildlife, offering a quiet, calming experience unlike any other dental visit.
